    Ambulatory Transport​

  • Readicare is here to assist our clients who are able to ambulate on their own but may need extra assistance to ensure safe travel.

  • Our drivers are trained to observe and respond appropriately to any medical emergency you may have. 

    Wheelchair Transport​

  • One-way or roundtrip, we're here for you. We provide curb-to-curb, door-to-door and door-through-door services.

  • Our skilled drivers provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation to keep you on track with your medical appointments. 

 

    Stretcher/Gurney Transport​

  • Gurney transportation for those patients who are not able to utilize a wheelchair or tilt-in-space wheelchair.

  • Available for dialysis, hospital discharge, facility transfers and more.

  • Our skilled drivers and attendants will safely transport you or your loved ones to your destination.

    Dialysis Appointments​

  • Need transportation to your dialysis appointment?  Readicare is here for you! 

  • Ask about our weekly discounts for your dialysis needs. 

  • Our drivers are certified by the American Heart Association and are able to properly respond to any unforeseen medical emergencies.​

 

   Hospital Discharge

  • Recently discharged or soon-to-be discharged and lack transportation back home or to your facility?  

  • Call Readicare. We are available for after-hour and weekend transportation. * Extra fee may apply for weekend and holiday transportation.

  • Patient must be stable for NEMT transport.

    Medical Appointments​

  • Missing medical appointments due to lack of transportation can be a cause of poor health outcomes. 

  • Missed appointments may lead to adverse health effects and increased utilization of emergency room visits and hospitalizations. 

  • Readicare will meet your transportation needs.

    Imaging/Radiology​

  • Scheduled for an imaging or radiology examination or consultation. 

  • Readicare will ensure your timely transport while providing excellent customer service. 

    Lab Appointments​

  • Don't miss vital laboratory tests.  When you have a lab appointment, contact Readicare to ensure you and your clinician stay on top of your health concerns.

    Pre/Post Procedure Rides​

  • Our drivers will accommodate your pre and/or post procedure transportation needs whether you are ambulatory or utilize a wheelchair.

    Pharmacy Assistance​

  • Have a prescription which needs to be filled. Readicare will transport you to the pharmacy of your choice with curb-to-curb service or door to door service with a smile.
